The Bonhomme SEALS [Seniors Engaged in Active Living and Service]

The Bonhomme SEALS are a comprehensive, vibrant ministry for, with and by older adults. A team of Bonhomme members had been hard at work planning a variety of programs specifically targeted to the interests and lifestyle of our older members. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the following for spiritual growth, education, fellowship and service! We encourage you to invite your neighbors and friends to join us!

SEALS Monthly Luncheon and Program

Judaism, Rabbi Adam Bellows, Assistant Rabbi in the United Hebrew Congregation on Conway Road will cover the basics of Judaism, including the relationship between God, Israel, and Torah. He will define those terms and use them to create a fuller understanding of what makes Judaism unique from its sister Abrahamic faiths. A musician who worked at Jewish Community Center (JCC) summer camps, Rabbi Bellows released his first—but not last—album of original Jewish music, entitled “Shabba, Shabba,” named for his hit song. In 2016, he was a featured artist on Jewish Rock Radio.
